Tal FineTal Fine has been active in the field of executive assessment and consulting for more than 25 years. During her career she has served as a senior member of management of an international firm specializing in career consulting and change management, and has assessed and placed high-level executives in international corporations both in Israel and abroad.
Tal has earned a Master’s degree (MSW) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and has completed studies in career development and planning at NYU (New York University). Additionally, she has been certified to implement state-of-the-art assessment tools that are widely utilized by leading international consulting companies around the world. In addition to her broad experience as a career and organizational consultant, Tal is also a certified family therapist. Tal Fine provides personal consulting services to managers based on a multi-dimensional perspective, which regards one’s career as a reflection of one’s values, needs and personal style. She works collaboratively with her clients, expressing both care and a high sense of responsibility. She believes in empowering employees by placing an emphasis on their motivations and strengths. |
